Oil Tank Replacement Protection Plan
This plan is one of our quality plans and offers great value to our many customers. Protect yourself from the expensive cost of replacing your oil tank should the tank itself develop a leak. If your oil tank develops a leak, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. An annual fee of just $25 (in 2007), billed out each October will take care of the cost of a new 275 gallon tank and the labor involved in replacing and disposing of the old tank. Oil Tank Protection Plan Conditions
Winthrop Fuel Co. has the right to replace or repair as warrants. Participants will be responsible for any or all cost of removal or replacement of any structure or any parts of buildings, partitions, etc., to allow replacement tanks to be installed, or to remove any tanks being covered by this plan. This plan does not cover any environmental damages caused by any oil leakages or spills from your oil tank, oil lines, pumps or any parts of any oil fired systems. Winthrop Fuel Co. Inc. will not be liable for any damages relating to any spills, leakages, or drips. This plan covers the tank only.
