Service Plans
All service plans include an annual cleaning and thorough inspection by a factory trained, Winthrop Fuel Company Heating Service Technician. There is no charge for service calls on all parts covered by each plan, even after regular business hours, provided your heating system is not making heat. Parts and labor on non-covered items will be billed at prevailing rates. Service plans are available for warm-air furnaces, boilers and oil-fired hot water heaters. To be eligible for any of the Local Advantage® Service Protection Plans, our customers must purchase their entire years fuel oil supply from Winthrop Fuel Company on an automatic delivery basis.
Annual Furnace Tune Up
This once-a-year service helps to assure peak operating efficiency for your heating system. A thorough inspection, adjustment and cleaning as described below will save on oil consumption and offer you peace of mind.Inspection and Adjustment:

The Local Advantage® Hot Water Boiler Service Contract

24 Hour Emergency Service: There will be no charge for service calls on all covered parts listed below, even after our regular business hours, provided your heating equipment is not making heat. All parts and labor on non-covered items will be billed at existing rates.
Covered Replacement Parts: There will be no charge for labor or parts for replacement of the following as determined by Winthrop Fuel Company:
